Sun Development is in the business of land acquisition and development for multiple uses such as residential, resort, recreation, retirement and commercial and to do so in such a way that leaves the local citizens, local environment and the local economy with the best possible harmonious results.
Where Did Sun Development Come From?
In early 1993, a small yet determined group of family and friends decided to apply their knowledge and experience from more than 30 years of success in business to the business of real estate development. That experience had been hard-earned in diverse companies dealing with goods and services as varied as beef, cosmetics, snack foods, groceries, ranching, plastics, label-making, outdoor recreation, health and beauty, and wellness products among others.

Since our early beginnings in 1993, Sun Development projects have grown in a north-south corridor extending from Idaho and Utah down into Arizona and Mexico.
